Yes. Marmite is made from yeast extract, a byproduct of beer brewing. Yeast is a fungus, not an animal. The full ingredients are yeast extract, salt, vegetable juice concentrate, vitamins, and spices. No animal products.

The standard jars (250g, 500g) carry the Vegetarian Society Approved mark and are moving towards vegan certification from the EVU. The 70g jar is currently only listed as vegetarian. However, the ingredients are identical across all sizes — there are no animal ingredients in any of them.
